Joanne has over 17 years commercial experience through extensive business analysis and system design projects in the commercial Banking arena, having been responsible for the development of major applications in the areas of Superannuation, Management Information Systems and Data Warehousing.

Joanne also has extensive academic experience teaching at both under-graduate and post-graduate levels. Subjects designed, developed and delivered include IT Project Management, Systems Analysis and Design (both Structured and Object Oriented), Decision Support Systems and Final Year Practical Project.
