Peter, as part of the Quality Management Team, was instrumental in ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) was ready for implementation by 30 June 2017, as per our Operating Licence requirements. Delivery of this initial milestone was a major project involving consultation and collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders over many months. This required Peter, as part of the QMS teatm, to work down to the wire to assist us to capture our key QMS processes. This work was done whilst the business was restructuring and implementing a new operating model. Delivery of this phase of the QMS project ensures we continue to manage the risks around the products and services we deliver to our customers appropriately, demonstrate conrinuous improvement and meet our Operating Licence obligations.
